EPI Materials is a professional manufacturer of zirconium material, with full capabillity from melting to cold roll. We provide zirconium metal in basic shapes such as rods, plates, tubes and sheets. We could also provide zirconium crystal bars as the source for high purity zirconium metal products, such as zirconium sputtering targets, zirconium evaporation materials and zirconium based special alloys. Since zirconium metal could with stand quite high temperature(M.P 1800C), zirconium crucibles are widely used to melt other metals.

ZIRCONIUM ROD
ZIRCONIUM ROD is ideal for use in a nuclear power industry because of its small neutron adsorption cross-section and high melting point of 1855°C (3371°F). This silvery metallic element also leads to better wear resistance and hardness of commercial amorphous metals, more commonly known as metallic glass.

ZIRCONIUM CRYSTAL BAR
ZIRCONIUM CRYSTAL BAR, usually with 1-2% hafnium (Hf) content, two forms available: one with low hafnium (250ppm, or 0.025%) or another with high hafnium. The high purity of zirconium crystal bars is much better than that of normal zirconium sponges, making them ideal additives for specific special alloys and materials in the process of creating high purity zirconium sputtering targets. Zirconium crystal bars were also used for commercial purposes before the magnesium reduction process was developed
ZIRCONIUM CRUCIBLE
ZIRCONIUM CRUCIBLE is ideal for melting other metals since zirconium has better mechanical strength at high temperatures than most other metals. The corrosion resistance of Zirconium comes from a tightly adhered oxide, zirconia, which forms almost instantaneously. As a result, zirconium crucibles resist the corrosion of almost all acids, except hydrofluoric acid. Thus, HF is the only cleaning agent should not be applied to zirconium crucibles.
